There are those who program to make money, and there are those who program because it captivates them. This is a point I've come across many times through the years, but this fellow elucidates it particularly well.
My interviewing style, for example, is specifically designed to weed out the former type. (Which, I suspect, is why I didn't do more interviews at Choice. They were frightened and confused by the latter type.)
